Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 6–12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–9 business days
  • Europe: 6–12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 6–12 business days
  • Asia: 4–8 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–15 business days

3. Shipping Cost

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders (if applicable in your store setting)
    OR
  • Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination and order weight.

4. Order Tracking

All orders include tracking numbers once shipped.

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Tracking link (if available)

6. Delays and Customs

In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Customs clearance procedures

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.


7. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

9. Multiple Shipping Locations

Depending on product availability, items in the same order may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.
